Greywake’s Journal at zero extra lives
The Antiquarian interface and player-facing spell 1253678 agree on +15% damage dealt and −15% damage taken when no extra lives remain. A hidden same-name record describes the incoming modifier with the opposite sign. The planner uses the interface and player-facing values.
Fairy Queen’s Pillow after combat
The main description and the firsthand UI report say at least 20 Focus after combat. Another PTR buff description uses up to 20. A before-and-after resource reading is still needed to settle the exact calculation.

Toggle the zero-lives condition to compare the Journal’s outgoing and incoming examples. The Pillow example assumes a minimum recovery of 20 based on one reading of the interface.
