Run augments versus permanent upgrades

Level-up augmentations belong to a single attempt. Quillgrave improvements persist between attempts, while Bound Silver funds a separate collection track.

Three progression layers sit next to each other

A Talebound attempt has temporary power choices, a longer-term village upgrade layer, and an account collection layer. Keeping those apart explains why a character can lose an augment after a failed story while retaining progress through the Outfitter or keeping cosmetic currency.

How to read a talent calculator in this system

The Scribe preview shows class improvement trees, and the firsthand report describes 81 available improvements in that interface. An interface’s total upgrade count is not automatically the number of points available during your next run. Likewise, a photographed progress denominator does not prove every rank cost or dependency.

Our planner currently bookmarks the 18 officially described abilities. It does not turn an unverified point budget into an allocation validator. Use it to keep a list of kit features you want to explore, then compare those with the actual Scribe options in your client.
