Five Inquisitor spell records

The Inquisitor mixes attacks usable during movement with actions that root the caster. The records below also distinguish a persistent burn, a slow, a held empowerment and a two-stage detonation. Those differences describe how the buttons work; they do not establish a measured damage ranking.

Light’s Wrath and Condemn control different spaces

Light’s Wrath creates a sun above a target within twenty yards, burning as many as three nearby enemies over 6.5 seconds. Its record lists fifty Energy. The initial target-selection field should not be mistaken for a claim that the burn can affect only one enemy. The exact burn radius is not established here.

Condemn damages enemies in an eighteen-yard cone and slows their movement for four seconds. It is usable while moving. The tooltip’s eighteen-yard attack shape takes precedence over the internal wrapper’s different range field for this reference.

Denounce empowers; Rapture detonates

Denounce chooses the closest enemy ahead in a twenty-yard cone. Holding it longer increases damage, while the Inquisitor remains rooted. The record does not give a tested best release point or a complete damage-scaling curve.

Rapture instead places fire on enemies within twenty-five yards for two seconds before a stronger detonation. Its tooltip also roots the caster and permits a second activation to end the effect early. That two-stage action should not be treated as the same empowerment mechanic as Denounce.

Radiant Burst keeps movement available

Radiant Burst sends a projectile into an enemy and damages the area around the impact. Its tooltip describes a weak attack that can be used while moving, with a fifteen-yard cone listed in the record. A precise splash radius is not provided.

This moving action contrasts with the rooted commitments of Denounce and Rapture. The distinction can help you read an ability set, but it does not prove which attack is optimal against a specific encounter.
