Venomstones and eligible equipment
The Ascendant Venomstone record describes using ten stones near the Catalyst in Silvermoon City. Its eligible items are fully upgraded Season 2 Hero or Myth weapons, trinkets and necklaces, along with maximum-quality Tidal Crafted pieces in those slots. Check the equipment tooltip for its track and upgrade progress.

The Scribe completion route
Each class has its own completion achievement. Read the class name on the achievement before deciding which Scribe tree to finish. Item 288961 contains the core, so match that item ID if search results also show encounter-specific caches with longer names.
