The destination is your bound Hearthstone location
Wood-Cursed Hearthstone is a bind-on-pickup toy, item 288912. Its indexed use description sends you to the location bound through an innkeeper. The item name does not establish a special transport to Quillgrave or a shortcut into a Talebound tale.
Changing the destination is therefore a binding question: the tooltip points to an innkeeper. This reference does not assign a new cooldown, independent charge system or guaranteed interaction with another Hearthstone toy.

The Tale Complete includes the final objective
The reward-linked achievement catalog describes The Tale Complete as completing all Storyteller tales and the Final Confrontation on any difficulty. It lists Wood-Cursed Hearthstone as a Traveling Raven reward. That wording is broader than finishing one of the three public-demo tales.
The original announcement names four tales, while the October demo offered three. Treat a missing fourth-tale objective as a coverage difference to check in your current test, rather than assuming the demo could satisfy every full-mode collection requirement. The entry does not supply a repeatable farming rule or a Bound Silver purchase cost.

Frequently asked questions
Does this Hearthstone always take me to Quillgrave?
The indexed tooltip describes your bound Hearthstone location, not a fixed Quillgrave destination.
Is one tale enough for the reward?
The recorded objective includes all Storyteller tales and the Final Confrontation, on any difficulty.
Is its cooldown confirmed here?
No. A cooldown is not included because the checked source set did not establish it.
