The first three moves unlock one per slot. At levels 10, 15 and 20 the second option opens in slots 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

The Flying family is separate from move schools. This record starts with Elemental Holy Blast and gains Dragonkin Healing Flame at level 2; Feathered Frenzy is the level-20 Flying move.

The PTR pet record lists Talebound as its vendor source. Use its species ID to identify the pet in collection databases. The current store price and the individual purchase requirement still need direct confirmation.
